THE UNTOLD STORY ABOUT OUR LEADER, MAZI NNAMDI KANU
This is one story no one else has told. I was involved. Tari Nemi, Legborsi Emmanuel, and Amarachi were the ones with me somewhere in Port Harcourt. We were all waiting for our leader to confirm to us that he had left Isiama for Port Harcourt. What was the occasion?
We had finalised everything that was needed for Prince Kanu to meet with all the Ogoni stakeholders. As a matter of fact, the stakeholders were eager to host their son from Ala-Igbo. They had readied their minds to have Prince Kanu stand where both Birabi and Saro-Wiwa stood to address Ogoni people.
In a shocking twist of event, information got to us that the entourage from Isiama had been intercepted by men of the Nigerian Army. It was Somto Okonkwo that confirmed that they were attacked and our leader was shot at by the armed soldiers. That attack forced our leader to beat a retreat, thereby scuttling the meeting with Ogoni stakeholders.
My team had visited our leader two days to the sad event. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was on his way to meet with Ogoni stakeholders when he was intercepted and shot at. A lot of you don't know about this account. This was the first attempt made on his life. It was the armed forces own way of telling Prince Nnamdi Kanu that "You cannot move out of this place until you are killed". I am one of the happiest persons alive today. Do you know why? I am happy because even the second attempt did not take his life.
Let me make this point very clear. Never again will they be allowed to kill our leaders in both the coastal and hinterland parts of Biafra. Sometime ago, it was Tompolo, an Ijaw warrior, that they wanted to kill. Asari, another Ijaw leader, had seen it all. Kanu, Tompolo, and Asari will stay alive and restore Biafra in Jesus' name. Amen.
I am an Ijaw man. Tompolo, Asari and Kanu are three great leaders I love with everything in me. We must all work hard to keep them faraway from the destructive hands of the Gambaris. We must ensure that we do everything within our power to resist the Sultanisation and Islamisation of the EASTERN REGION. All hail Biafra!
